HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
In order that both you and I, are both on the same page, orders must be given in writing. You will receive a confirmation email and invoice within 24 hours.
Due to an increasing amount of orders that have been cancelled before payment, resulting in loss of ingredients, orders are not made or despatched until payment is received

PAYMENT METHODS:
I do not offer credit accounts, and require payment prior to making of goods.
DELIVERY:
From 1st September 2010, all orders are sent via
Australia Post PrePaid ExpressSatchels.
I cannot be responsible for orders misplaced by Australia Post.
D2BN is a purely internet based business and I do not have a store open to the public. From time to time, I have stalls at markets, fetes, etc., and notification of these dates & places will be posted on our website.
Pick up is not available.
RETURNS:
Please read the item descriptions carefully
as I do not accept returns for wrong decisions.
If you are not sure about an item, please contact me with any queries before you buy.
If an item is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 3 days to arrange a replacement to be sent. Unless the fault is mine, you are responsible for the postage to return any product. If approved, refunds are for the items minus initial postage only and items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. All refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
YOUR PRIVACY:
Personal information provided by you will only be used to process transactions, build your account and store it in our customer database, and to deliver your order. Any sensitive information will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality. Your e-mail address will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it. D2BN does not share, trade, sell, or rent your personal information to others.
PRICING:
All prices listed on this Website are in Australian dollars.
Prices are GST inclusive and you will be sent a tax invoice with your order.
Prices do not include shipping. Postage costs will be calculated and added to your order.
MINIMUM ORDER:
There is no minimum order!!
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
While I strive to keep all items in stock at all times, I do occasionally run out of some items and/or ingredients. I will mark these items on the Website as soon as I am aware of this. I will NOT process your order until I have been in contact with you via email and asked what you would like to do. As extra postal costs would be incurred if I make two shipments, I will always contact you via email to ask you how you would like to proceed. You can delete the item or wait for it to come into stock. I apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Product content provided is for informational purposes only. I use natural, plant derived products as much as possible- preferably organic. While I may make recommendations of certain products for certain conditions (eg: Goats Milk soap for eczema sufferers), these recommendations are based only on anecdotal evidence. My products are not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. No liability is taken by D2BN for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of our products. My products are NOT for consumption even though the smell good enough to eat.

I reserve the right to amend these Terms & Policies without notice from time to time. If I decide to change these Terms & Policies I will post those changes here. I encourage you to visit this section of my Site regularly in order to remain informed of any changes. Any such amendment shall be effective once the revised terms have been posted on the Site.
